Yes — I accept insurance for therapy services under clinical supervision, and sessions are billed under my supervisor’s insurance credential. Coverage, copays, and deductibles vary by plan and individual benefits.

Yes! I offer in-person therapy in Boulder and telehealth (online) therapy statewide in Colorado, so you can choose the format that feels most supportive for you.

We’ll spend time getting to know you: your goals, your experiences, and what brought you to therapy. You’ll also have space to ask questions about how I work and what feels comfortable for you. From there, we’ll shape the direction of your sessions collaboratively.

Most sessions are 55 minutes, and we typically meet weekly at the beginning of therapy. We’ll talk together about pacing that fits your goals and schedule.
