  • Yes — I accept insurance for therapy services under clinical supervision, and sessions are billed under my supervisor’s insurance credential. Coverage, copays, and deductibles vary by plan and individual benefits.

  • Yes! I offer in-person therapy in Boulder and telehealth (online) therapy statewide in Colorado, so you can choose the format that feels most supportive for you.

  • We’ll spend time getting to know you: your goals, your experiences, and what brought you to therapy. You’ll also have space to ask questions about how I work and what feels comfortable for you. From there, we’ll shape the direction of your sessions collaboratively.

  • Most sessions are 55 minutes, and we typically meet weekly at the beginning of therapy. We’ll talk together about pacing that fits your goals and schedule.

  • Absolutely. People come back to therapy for new challenges, deeper work, or a different approach. Therapy is a collaborative process, and every experience can be meaningful and productive.
