My background in journalism shapes how I do therapy. I listen for patterns, meaning, and what keeps repeating—not just what’s happening, but why it makes sense that it’s there.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from narrative therapy, EMDR-informed work, somatic approaches, IFS, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy to support meaningful change.
